ENCOMPASS SIGNS PARTNERSHIP DEAL WITH THE TURNKEY GROUP
Planned integration of Encompass Uncover and Insolvency Practitioner Software solution set to increase productivity for customers
Encompass Corporation, provider of industry-leading visual information management product Encompass Uncover to the insolvency and restructuring sector, has signed an agreement with acclaimed insolvency software solutions provider Turnkey Computer Technology Ltd (a member of The Turnkey Group).
The agreement will integrate Encompass Uncover with Turnkey’s Insolvency Practitioner’s System (IPS) for case management. The joint solution will offer insolvency and restructuring professionals faster access to information and improved productivity, enabling them to resolve cases with speed and efficiency.
According to Encompass product marketing specialist, Mike Kearney, “IPS and Encompass Uncover are complementary products, each designed specifically for the restructuring and insolvency market. By working together to integrate these two products, our companies are bringing a new level of automation to the sector. Our joint customers will benefit by significantly reducing the time, cost and risk involved in case on-boarding, research and case set-up.”
“Like Encompass, we are focused on delivering optimum value to our customers in the insolvency and restructuring sector,” says Darren White, Turnkey’s Operations Director. “The companies’ products address different areas of the market but they complement each other well. IPS is the No.1 software choice of UK insolvency and recovery professionals. The integration of IPS and Encompass Uncover is an innovation that will enable our customers to be even more productive while reducing the risks associated with re-keying data.”
By utilising Encompass Uncover at the case on-boarding stage, IPS users will, in real time, be able to bring together all of the relevant information about a case from disparate data sources, and stream this into their core case management system.
Case administrators will be able to automatically analyse and visualise the data via Encompass Uncover to get the full picture on people, companies and property. They can then seamlessly carry that information into IPS to populate core case data, thereby eliminating data entry to accelerate and de-risk what have traditionally been time-consuming manual processes.
As a user of the Turnkey Group’s Insolvency Practitioner Software (IPS) for case management, Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery is excited about the opportunity for the new integration between IPS to add further value to its work on insolvency projects, enabling the firm to deliver faster access to information and enhanced productivity. As Peter Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner at Kay Johnson Gee notes “Integrating Encompass Uncover with Turnkey IPS creates real value for Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery as our firm moves to paperless operation. Encompass Uncover helps us to set-up a case, streaming information about companies, directors, addresses and assets directly into IPS. It means we don’t waste time keying information and ensures accuracy.”
