Duff & Phelps Appoints Ted Keen as the European Leader of Its Global Transfer Pricing Practice

Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced that Ted Keen has joined the firm in the London office as Managing Director in the firm’s Transfer Pricing practice.

He will serve as the European leader for the practice, focusing on client service and further expansion of the transfer pricing group in Europe.

Ted brings over twenty years of experience advising clients on transfer pricing matters in both the U.S. and UK. Ted has served clients across a wide range of industries, most recently focusing on the life science, high tech, natural resources and business services, and on applying economic analysis to complex transfer pricing valuation matters.

Mike Heimert, Managing Director and Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Duff & Phelps, commented, “Ted is an experienced and skilled transfer pricing practitioner who brings proven expertise in guiding European-based multinationals through the ever-changing global transfer pricing environment. We look forward to the many contributions he will provide to our clients.”

Ted received a Ph.D. in Economics from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. While completing his graduate studies, he held positions as a Lecturer in Economics at Pomona, Claremont McKenna, Pitzer and Scripps Colleges. He is a thought leader and subject matter expert and has presented around the world on topics such as the OECD guidelines on transfer pricing.

The addition of Ted as European leader further strengthens Duff & Phelps’ global transfer pricing capabilities and European platform and follows the firm’s recently announced opening of transfer pricing offices with experienced practitioners in Munich and Madrid.
