COMPAREX signs Global Partnership Agreement with Snow Software
Alliance to offer organisations combined excellence in SAM solutions and know-how
Snow Software (Snow), the global leader in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Cloud Spend Management solutions today announced a global partnership with COMPAREX, a global IT service provider and also one of the leading SAM specialists in the world.
For their joint 200 customers the two companies previously had local agreements across a number of locations which are now being replaced by a single, global agreement between the two companies.
COMPAREX is currently in the process of revamping its SAM managed service, which is due to be launched in mid-autumn 2018. As part of the agreement with Snow, COMPAREX will integrate Snow’s technology into its managed service offering. As a result, organisations will benefit from new value-adds provided by the COMPAREX SAM managed services.
At the contract signing last month, Snow CEO Axel Kling commented: “We are delighted to see COMPAREX become a Global Strategic Partner, this demonstrates proof of their commitment of delivering customer success. Helping customers optimise their technology spend and regain control of their IT environment through providing visibility of who is using what, when, and on what device is at the heart of what Snow does.”
Thomas Reich, CEO at COMPAREX says, “In a world of rapidly developing technology and increased cloud adoption, organisations more than ever need a simple way to regain control of their software assets and ensure they deliver value to the business. COMPAREX SAM Managed Services will provide all elements of Software Asset Management to organisations with individual needs. We are excited to have Snow join us in bringing our SAM managed service to the next level.
He adds: “We believe Snow’s leading position in the SAM market confirms our choice of partner.” The company was recently recognised as a Leader by industry experts in Gartner’s inaugural Magic Quadrant for Software Asset Management Tools[i], and by customers as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Software Asset Management Tools.
