Global loyalty and benefits company, Collinson, has appointed Paul Caris as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy, his remit spans Collinson’s loyalty, travel experiences, insurance and assistance offerings, supporting over 20m customers globally.

In his role, Paul will be responsible for enabling Collinson’s continued growth by maximising existing platforms and identifying new, emerging technologies. He will also be in charge of attracting and retaining the right blend of technology skills and identifying strategic partners to support Collinson’s digital ambitions.

With a proven track record in driving progressive technology solutions and unlocking the IT assets of an organisation, Paul has held several leadership roles across multiple industries including, technology, media, retail, financial services and construction. Before joining Collinson, Paul spent over three years running a technology consultancy for the provision of interim CIO services for companies including Metropolitan, Viridor and Host Europe Group. Prior to consultancy, he was CIO at Eversheds Law Firm for five and a half years, accountable for the provision of global IT, facilities management, property and procurement services.
