Automotive expert Kristian arrives with more than 15 years of experience in the motor industry, and will be responsible for expanding CitNOW’s presence in local markets, developing new brand, dealer and importer relationships.

The addition of Kristian to CitNOW’s senior team follows recent investment from private equity firm, Tenzing, sparking a major European growth plan for CitNOW’s automotive video and photography technology.

Kristian has held president positions at both Toyota Baltic and Toyota Denmark (TDK) and he was also Chairman of the Board at the Danish Importers Association for 4 years. Kristian brings considerable retail experience and a strong understanding of the Nordic and Baltic automotive markets.

Kristian’s time at TDK placed a particularly strong emphasis on customer satisfaction across the brand, and his involvement helped establish Toyota as the top-rated marque for customer experience in both sales and aftersales.

Commenting on his appointment, Kristian said: “The impact that video technology, combined with digital customer-facing solutions, continues to have on the way we buy and sell cars is profound, and the opportunity to develop this even further is a hugely exciting prospect.

“The scope for growth in the Nordic market is huge, and I’m confident that CitNOW technology will resonate with the local audience.”

Nick Pratt, CitNOW’s Managing Director for International Markets added: “With substantial experience in the Nordic automotive market, Kristian’s experience, knowledge and track-record with major brands will be invaluable as CitNOW enters one of the most exciting periods since our inception.”
