Campus Labs, Inc., a subsidiary of Edcentric, Inc. and a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, today announced the acquisition of Chalk & Wire Learning Assessment, Inc. (“Chalk & Wire” or the “Company”), a provider of learning assessment and credentialing software used by higher education institutions to assess and measure student learning.  Chalk & Wire, based in Ridgeway, Ontario, won first place for the best ePortfolio product in 2016 and 2017 based on a survey of Campus Technology readers.  Chalk & Wire represents the fifth acquisition for Edcentric.
