Basware implements ServiceNow as customer support portal
Espoo, Finland — Basware, the global leader in networked source-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing and innovative financing services, has launched today the new Basware customer support portal, hosted by ServiceNow.
With the new support portal, Basware’s customers get fast, high-quality support through online logging of cases, improved usability and visibility of support case status, and efficient, always available access to Basware Knowledge Base.
