ACCA RE-LAUNCHES MICROSITE TO MAKE FINDING A QUALIFIED AND EXPERT ACCOUNTANT EASIER
ACCA’s Find an Accountant section updated and improved
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) has re-launched its Find an Accountant microsite to make it easier to locate a professionally qualified ACCA accountant or ACCA accountancy practice.
The new site allows users to not only search by location, but also by services offered by the ACCA member or practice. This means that firms who offer audit, or specialise in small business accounts, for example can publicise these services to potential new clients.
John Weston, head of ACCA UK, said: “We’ve designed the site to make it easy for people to find exactly what they are looking for. Many accountancy practices specialise in certain fields, or offer services such as audit or insolvency. The new Find an Accountant pages allows ACCA members to tell clients exactly what their areas of expertise are, making it easy for people and businesses to find the right ACCA accountant, and the ACCA member or practice to reach new clients.
“Finding the right accountant is hugely important. Selecting the right ACCA accountant means you are choosing a trusted and expert advisor to handle business matters or personal finances.
“People using the site can find an ACCA member or accountancy practice and click straight through to a firm’s website, making it easier for them to get in touch with the firm they find that best meets their needs.
“We have worked hard to make sure that those needing the services of a professionally qualified accountant can find an ACCA member that fits their needs perfectly.”
