The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation postsecondary education strategy seeks to increase low-income students’ college completion rates through innovations that can improve the productivity and performance of U.S. universities and colleges and ensure that all students have access to a high-quality, highly personalized education. The Postsecondary Success Team catalyzes creative approaches to existing higher education projects through investment in seven key areas: data and measurement, developmental education, financial aid, institutional partnerships, flexible paths to college completion, personalized learning, and policy and advocacy.
