Raja Al Mazrouei Becomes Senior Advisor at Deloitte
Raja Al Mazrouei supports the UAE innovation and digital agenda at Deloitte
Raja Al Mazrouei, Executive Vice President of the FinTech Hive at the Dubai International Financial Centre and Advisory board member of Dubai chamber of Digital Economy, has joined Deloitte as a Senior Advisor. Through her extensive experience in the Public and Private sector, Raja brings a wealth of expertise spanning across the FinTech, Digital and Innovation domains.

Raja joins the Deloitte team following the recent launch of the Deloitte Digital Studio in Dubai earlier this year, a space created to enhance technology solutions in the UAE and wider region, as well as to support and drive the UAE’s ambitions in driving its digital transformation agenda.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Raja developed an ecosystem for financial technology entrepreneurs that has been a primary contributor in the Emirate of Dubai being named a top ten global FinTech hub. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at Dubai Holding, National Bonds Corporation and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority.
Raja is an executive graduate of the Harvard Business School (HBS); she serves as a member of the Harvard Business School MENA Advisory Board and a member board of Trustees of Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government. In addition, she holds positions on the boards of Dubai FinTech Ventures, Afkar Ventures, and Al Masraf Arab Bank for Investment & Foreign Trade.
Raja has been named one of the top 100 Women in FinTech by Innovate Finance, the 50 Most Influential Women in Middle East Finance by Dow Jones’ Financial News, and the top 100 Power Businesswomen in The Middle East by Forbes and most recently she was selected by Arabian Business publication as one of the Women of Influence in the Arab World.
