Unilever to Divest Vegetarian Butcher Brand to Vivera

(Reuters) - Unilever said on Thursday it will sell its plant-based meat brand The Vegetarian Butcher to Netherlands-based Vivera.

The London-listed company did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
