    ZURICH, Feb 27 (Reuters) - UBS has nominated Agustin Carstens and Luca Maestri for election to the board of directors at its annual general meeting in April, the Swiss banking giant said on Friday.

    They are to replace William C. Dudley and Jeanette Wong, who will not stand for re-election, UBS added.

    "The addition of these two highly experienced leaders will further strengthen the board's expertise, bringing outstanding regulatory knowledge and extensive CFO skills," UBS Chairman Colm Kelleher said.
