WARSAW, May 22 (Reuters) - The windfall tax Poland is currently working on could cost refiner Orlen around 6 billion zlotys ($1.64 billion), Polish State Assets Minister Wojciech Balczun told Radio Zet on Friday.

"Final work is currently underway on the windfall tax... It should be completed in the second quarter," he said. "We assume that such a tax... from Orlen's perspective could mean roughly 6 billion zlotys," he said.
