March 5 (Reuters) - British pest control firm Rentokil Initial reported a 4% rise in annual adjusted pretax profit on Thursday, as marketing initiatives boosted performance in North America, its largest market.
The company also announced that Chair Richard Solomons intends to retire once a successor is appointed.
