    April 17 (Reuters) - Uber has reached an agreement to acquire an additional 4.5% stake in rival Delivery Hero and will buy around 270 million euros ($318.1 million) of Delivery Hero shares at 20 euros apiece from the German multinational’s largest shareholder, Prosus, the Financial Times reported on Friday.
