June 1 (Reuters) - British budget airline easyJet said on Monday it had not received any takeover interest from U.S.-based investment firm Castlelake, though it would consider any proposal should one be made.

"In any assessment, the Board will be especially mindful of its valuation and deliverability," the company said in a statement.
