MILAN, June 7 (Reuters) - Banco BPM has invited Monte dei Paschi di Siena to talks at a time when also Intesa Sanpaolo and Unipol-backed BPER have been weighing potential moves on the Tuscan bank, four people familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
