Polish Companies to Gain $14B from First Nuclear Plant

WARSAW (Reuters) - Polish companies must receive 53 billion zlotys ($14.05 billion)from the value of building Poland's first nuclear plant, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said after calling for "repolonisation" of the Polish economy.

Poland is working to reduce its reliance on coal and chose Westinghouse Electric to build its first nuclear plant on the Baltic Sea coast.
