Syngrafii Inc. and Vanguard Law Group LLP have begun a partnership that includes integrating Syngrafii’s Digital Paper™ eSignature solution into Vanguard Law Group’s custom “VEX” Document Management System (DMS) to deliver improved operational performance for both companies. This partnership highlights an investment made by both firms to collaborate on a deeper integration between Vanguard’s DMS and Syngrafii’s signature execution applications with Digital Paper™ for legal real estate documents.

Highlights:

• Vanguard Law Group and Syngrafii’s joint partnership investment integrates Digital Paper™ into Vanguard Law Groups custom “VEX” Document Management System for remote signature execution.

The agents save time on processing packages by eliminating the need to scan and upload hard copy documents into the DMS system resulting in a 20% increase in productivity monthly.
• The Syngrafii system does not require any preprocessing of documents allowing Vanguard Law Group to use ALL existing approved documents and forms, reducing process change risk; saving time and money on the integration into our systems.
