With the closing transaction, the takeover by Skrill, one of the leading digital payment providers, was completed. The synergy potential has already become clear. This will lead to advantages for the users of the products of both companies over the course of the year.

In 2014, the recent change of CEO from company co-founder Michael Müller to Udo Müller was a significant step. Udo Müller: “The strategic planning for 2014 was developed when all three long-serving board members were still onboard. I will now systematically implement the plans together with Chief Financial Director Bernd Egger. The market potential is tremendous: There are one billion potential customers worldwide who would like to pay online, but who do not have a bank account or credit card. And even if such means are available, people often do not wish to use them online for security reasons. paysafecard is the solution for all of them.

Udo Müller expects that all of the important figures will continue to increase. The company also predicts a big boost from the re-launch of the online payment account my paysafecard in Germany, which took place at the beginning of 2014.
