Specialist consumer finance lender, Duologi, has appointed PR Agency One to handle its communications strategy as the business looks to rapidly expand and become a major market player.
Backed by global investment fund, Oaktree Capital, Duologi provides a range of tailored finance solutions for merchants in the retail, healthcare, education & training and property sectors.
Its bespoke technology platform allows businesses to offer customers the flexibility to purchase goods and services and pay back the cost in a way that suits them.
Since launching in September 2017, the business has already secured £100m in annual rolling commitments, with ambitions to have a seven-figure lending book within five years.
The Manchester-based agency was appointed following a three-way competitive pitch process and will be tasked with overseeing and implementing Duologi’s entire strategic PR and communications output.
PR Agency One’s brief will focus on raising awareness of Duologi’s innovative offering amongst merchants and businesses. It will also look to demonstrate the company’s expertise in tailored credit solutions for the consumer market through a mixture of creative campaigns and tactical media relations.
The agency’s business-to-business team will aim to boost lead generation, reputation and sales for Duologi and – as the original performance PR specialists, will measure the impact of ongoing communications activity through its unique, in-house evaluation system.
