Throughout its history iMeta has invested heavily in its product development, continually improving and innovating to deliver an end-to-end solution for CLM.

In 2017 we improved our data aggregation to further enhance our capabilities, with extensions to our rules engine.  We have also enhanced the visualisation and context of regulatory policy for operational and audit purposes.

We are continually maintaining and upgrading our interfaces for connectivity to external data providers. In addition to our current data integrations, we have extended our strategic partnerships with industry leaders in datato further expand our offering. To carry out screening checks as part of AML, we have integrated with both Lexis Nexis Bridger Insight XG tool and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.

New Managed Service for Client On-boarding:

Due to increasing regulatory directives and awareness of the importance of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AML, many firms still struggle with the challenges these critical business functions present. 2017 saw the launch of our innovative managed service for client on-boarding. Lysis and iMeta formed a partnership to create a new one-stop shop Managed Service solution which supports firms’ entire on-boarding and CLM requirements. Drawing upon Lysis Operations’ in-depth client on-boarding and CLM, CDD and KYC expertise, and underpinned by iMeta’s leading CLM technology, we believe this new service delivers a streamlined, future proof and cost effective solution for financial institutions to meet their regulatory requirements.

Client News:

2017 saw a number of new clients on the CLM platform, including Investec Bank who will be using iMeta CLM to assist with the automation and streamlining of client take-on and ongoing data management processes. A number of our current clients have also extended their usage of iMeta CLM to deliver further automation and straight through processing of their data.

Industry Recognition:

To end the year on a high iMeta scooped up two prestigious RegTech Awards in one evening in New York; one for “Most innovative use of KYC software for client on-boarding” and a joint award with Lysis for, “Best alliance between solution providers to address regulatory compliance” for our comprehensive managed service offering.
