VIZOLUTION WINS MFG INNOVATION AWARD

Vizolution’s patented screen sharing solution, vScreen, has won the 2015 Innovation award for non-lenders at the Mortgage Finance Gazette awards, held in London on the 12 November.

Now in its 15th year, the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards acknowledge the achievements over the past year in the mortgage lending industry.

vScreen is an innovative, screen sharing for business technology that allows a presenter to conduct a full interactive ‘face to face’ advice session with a customer remotely. vScreen has been particularly active in the mortgage sector during 2014 in the aftermath of the introduction of the Mortgage Market Review. vScreen offers solutions allow advisors to share visuals, KFIs, Affordability Calculators and AIPs with their customers in a secure, real time session.

Vizolution is now working with 4 of the top 5 UK lenders, enabling their agents to add a visual element to what was traditionally a voice only call.

Joanne Atkin, Editor of Mortgage Finance Gazette, said: “The judges were impressed with vScreen and felt it was beneficial to lenders, brokers and clients, was easy to use and helps customers to understand mortgage products in a visual way. It has also proved to be versatile as other industries are now adopting this technology.”

Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution said, “We are thrilled to have been recognised for the Innovation that vScreen provides to the lending community. The introduction of the Mortgage Market Review made the whole industry look carefully at how they interact with customers to satisfy the new rules and raised a number of challenges. vScreen not only offers greater customer engagement but can be accessed from anywhere offering a solution to the branch advice issue where a qualified agent is often not available. We have developed real partnerships within the mortgage market and will continue to enhance the benefits that vScreen provides.”
