Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, today announced that Cuscal Limited, a leading provider of end-to-end payments solutions in Australia, has chosen Integrated Currency Manager, Device Manager and Terminal Connect from Fiserv. The new solutions will enable Cuscal to extend its range of services to include more automated, integrated cash and ATM network management capabilities.

Cuscal provides payments solutions to over 100 clients  from a range of industries including financial services, airlines, fintech and retail. Its product range includes card and acquiring products, mobile payments, fraud prevention, EFT switching and direct entry. Cuscal also owns and operates the rediATM network (one of Australia’s largest ATM networks) and provides switching and acquiring services for around one-third of Australia’s ATMs.

Cuscal can also offer customers the option of remote resolution of ATM issues and an easily configurable reporting and analytics solution that includes automated report distribution.

Device Manager and Terminal Connect provide multi-vendor device management capabilities that automate the end-to-end process of detecting and resolving problems across self-service device networks, including ATMs, smart safes, cash recyclers.
