Autotask PSA users now have a single pane of glass to manage backup alerts and automate ticketing

LONDON, UK  –Unitrends MSP, the first company to provide enterprise-class backup, ransomware detection and cloud-based business continuity in an all-in-one platform to the MSP market, today announced its latest integration with Datto’s Autotask PSA.

Built via Autotask’s open APIs and in conjunction with the Autotask integration team, the new integration allows Autotask PSA users to seamlessly manage their Unitrends MSP appliances in a single dashboard. Users can now instantly view and manage backup alerts and automatically create backup-related tickets within their Autotask PSA console as well as instantly sync all client accounts from Autotask PSA onto new Unitrends MSP appliances.

“Backup is one of the most important, if not the most important, service we provide to our customers,” said Dan Robinson, CEO and founder of Robinson Tech. “The ability to effortlessly set up a new Unitrends MSP appliance and then easily view and manage backup alerts all within our Autotask dashboard is a huge boon to our productivity and scalability. With this integration, we can respond to an alert or outage even faster, dispatch a technician, track hours, and manage every aspect of our workflow all in one place. This kind of added efficiency is priceless.”

“Our commitment to the overall MSP market remains steadfast,” said Mike Sanders, CEO, Unitrends MSP. “In light of our recent merger with Kaseya, it was important to the Unitrends MSP team to demonstrate our unwavering dedication to the greater MSP community, and that is what we’ve done by developing this integration with Autotask. As we continue to enhance our product with future integrations, our focus stays true – to deliver the best-in-class business continuity and disaster recovering technology that meets the needs of every MSP.”

Additional Unitrends MSP integrations include VSA by Kaseya and Connectwise Manage. The Unitrends MSP-Autotask integration is free and available now.
