    High school administrators across the country now have access to best-in-class technology for events

    LOGOTicketRoar™, one of the nation’s leading ticketing and gate management solutions for high school sports, today announced it will be expanding its reach nationwide through a new collaboration with Eventbrite, the world’s largest self-service ticketing and registration platform. TicketRoar, which simplifies ticketing for high school events and activities of all kinds, including sports, theater performances and musical concerts, will now enable attendees to purchase tickets both online at Eventbrite.com and at the event using Eventbrite’s mobile box office solution. As the official ticketing and marketing partner of the National Federation of State High School Associations, Home Team Marketing, the parent company of TicketRoar, has raised nearly $50 million for schools since they were founded in 2001.

    “After running a very successful electronic ticketing and gate management pilot program, we are thrilled to launch TicketRoar nationwide in conjunction with Eventbrite, a respected technology company that powers millions of events around the world,” said Steve O’Neill, CEO of Home Team Marketing. “High schools can now offer their fans and students the same online and mobile ticket conveniences of larger sporting events and concerts with little to no additional cost to the school.”

    TicketRoar and Eventbrite will provide school administrators with access to:

    • Event management tools that track attendance and ticket sales to help facilitate financial accountability and address safety concerns.
    • A mobile box office solution that centralizes ticket sales both pre-event and at the door/gate and accepts payment by credit card and cash.
    • A suite of promotional tools provided by both Eventbrite and Home Team Marketing to help increase consumer awareness of events.
    • Data around purchasing behavior to better inform marketing activities and operational decisions.

    “Eventbrite is focused on bringing people together through live events. Part of the way we do that is by partnering with best-in-class companies like Home Team Marketing,” said Chris Aker, VP of Sales for Eventbrite. “We are pleased to serve this market of high school administrators, students and fans in collaboration with Home Team Marketing and TicketRoar.”
