The partners of Savva & Associates are pleased to announce Mrs Soulla Dionysiou has joined our affiliate law firm, Pieri & Partners Law, as Director of Legal Services. Mrs Dionysiou will be working primarily out of the firm’s Nicosia office, advising clients on corporate and commercial, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law matters.

Mrs Dionysiou had a distinguished career working with a leading Cyprus law firm the past 13 years, where she served as Senior Associate, handling complex transactions and restructurings, while acting as legal counsel to a portfolio of more than 150 Cyprus companies.
On joining Pieri and Partners, Mrs Dionysiou states, “I am delighted to join such a dynamic law firm with great roots in Cyprus and a strong base in Europe, and hope to be able to add a unique perspective based on my national and international experience.”
Mrs Dionysiou has also authored a number of legal articles in leading Cyprus and international journals, and is a regular speaker at international legal events.
Mrs Dionysiou joins the ranks of several leading lawyers at Pieri & Partners in the fields of corporate and commercial, energy, bankruptcy and restructuring, intellectual property, technology, banking and finance, tax, and international business and trade law.
