Bid-smart DSP Preciso today announces the full-scale launch of its integration with multinational ecommerce platform Shopify. Preciso becomes the first real-time bidding system to offer targeted display advertising campaigns specifically to small- and medium-sized merchants, through a user-friendly, plug-and-play interface.
Founded in Canada in 2006 and known for its massive global reach and ease of use, Shopify has grown to become one of the world’s most successful commerce platforms. More than 1.7m merchants used Shopify as of 2021, and its growth in the pandemic catapulted the service to the forefront of its sector.
With the mainstream launch of its Shopify integration, which follows a year of testing via a soft roll-out, Preciso continues to break down barriers for smaller ecommerce vendors without in-house IT or technology teams.
While the platform’s own Shopify Plus tier offers a wide range of marketing plugins and apps for enterprise-level businesses, Preciso’s app is available to all Shopify users, putting big-brand advertising capability in the hands of smaller merchants at a fraction of the cost.
