Android Pay lets consumers easily and securely complete an online purchase with their Android device. Since introduction at Google I/O in 2015, Android Pay has quickly become a popular payment method for Android users, who represent a large majority of mobile users. Consumers increasingly expect the shopping experience on their mobile device to offer the same simplicity and security as desktop or even in-store shopping. Android Pay enables merchants to provide a seamless checkout experience that eliminates the need to continually enter payment and delivery information.
