Gold-i has appointed BetterWay FX Consulting, a Senior Software Development Manager and six new developers to prepare the company for the next phase of global growth. The investment in people coincides with a brand refresh as the company focuses on growth in the Middle East and Far East, and experiences significant expansion from existing clients.
Martyn Smyth has joined the rapidly growing organisation as Senior Software Development Manager with 20 years’ experience in software development across a broad range of industries including telecoms and set top boxes. As a member of the Gold-i management team, he will be heading up the team of in-house developers and reporting directly into CEO, Tom Higgins.

Juan Jutgla, founder and CEO of Better Way FX Consulting Ltd and his team are advising Gold-i on its global sales and marketing strategy and helping the organisation to penetrate new markets. He is focusing on delivering consistent messages across all marketing channels and is heavily involved in the development of Gold-i’s new website which will launch soon.
Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i comments, “The appointments of both Better Way FX Consulting as our strategic partner and Martyn as Senior Software Development Manager are key to accelerating our growth plans.
