On their way to becoming the bank of the future, the Evangelische Bank now offers their institutional customers an improved platform for payments and cash management. The bank has opted for the financial platform MULTIVERSA IFP from CoCoNet.

Of the bank’s 19,000 institutional customers, mainly charitable institutions such as hospitals, kindergartens, etc., around 700 will initially be migrated to the new system, which offers significantly improved usability and new functionalities.

In addition to a multi-bank functionality and a secure channel for the exchange of important documents, the solution also includes a mobile app, which allows signing payments and retrieving account balances conveniently while on the move.

“We think from the customer to the customer. This means that we determine together with our institutional customers their requirements and demands and tailor our online banking offering and services accordingly,” says Hendrik Simon, Head of the Liquidity Management/E-Business Department at Evangelische Bank. The decision for the software solution from CoCoNet was made after a detailed selection process taking into account technical and functional aspects. Several providers were compared and tested. “We chose MULTIVERSA IFP and the accompanying app from CoCoNet because we were particularly impressed by the excellent user experience. The dashboard directly displays the most important information to the user. Everything is very logical and user-friendly.”

After only a few months of integration time, the first customers have been working since March 2018 with the new solution, which is also a perfect complement to the digital transformation of Evangelische Bank.

The new financial portal of the Evangelische Bank offers institutional customers an innovative, secure and sustainable application for all banking transactions.
