ea Change Group today celebrates 20 years of service to the banking, insurance and financial services sector. Over the last two decades, ea has supported global banks and insurance companies across the world with industry-leading skills solutions and talented finance professionals.

ea Change Group (Formerly Euro Associates) was created in 1998 by Steve Robson, who first developed the idea in a PretA Manger in Canary Wharf. 20 years on and ea has grown from strength-to-strength by utilising its comprehensive network of financial contacts and industry-leading sector knowledge, combined with a relentless dedication to its clients’ needs.

In celebration of its 20th anniversary, ea will be participating in a series of ambitious charitable events and fundraisers to reach its goal of £20,000 in 2018. Steve Robson is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with ea’s staff, clients, associates and interims, and the charity scheme will be the perfect opportunity to continue to deliver value in all it does and put something back into their community through the long-established ea Foundation.

Steve Robson from ea Change Group concludes: “The financial services market has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. A lot of that change has been driven by talented people that we have identified and secured for our clients. The next few years will see the industry dealing with a whole new set of fresh challenges and we look forward to helping our clients with just the right skills, solutions and talent.”
