DION APPOINTS REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR AUSTRALIA & NZ

Dion Global Solutions (Dion) (BSE: 526927) has appointed David Bowles as Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand. In this new role he will hold full P&L responsibility for the region, including strategic product development, new business activities and existing operations.

David has a 20 year track record in financial markets technology innovation. He was instrumental in the development of Dion’s retail trading software solution, Trade Centre, through a partnership in his previous role as the Managing Director and co-founder at boutique technology services provider Livewire Labs.
