Digi-Me, a digital technology company that is revolutionizing the talent acquisition industry with 60-second dynamic, professional quality video job ads, has announced that shortly after partnering with RPO firm Endevis, headquartered in Ohio, video job ads have dramatically impacted a healthcare client with recruiting tough-to-fill roles.

The organization is a post-acute healthcare company with over 20 locations in the Midwest.

Many of these locations have received the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award. This is one of the most prestigious awards in post-acute healthcare. In 2018, the organization received 13 of the 26 AHCA/NCAL Bronze Quality Awards.

Digi-Me and Endevis partnered to provide and promote video job ads for roles like Certified Nursing Assistants or CNAs and Registered Nurses or RNs.

The video job ads attributed to 79 hires in only 3 weeks. Most views came from social media outlets including Facebook.

With the unemployment rates so low, it is even more critical to find innovative methods to attract top talent, including leveraging video job ads on social media.

To offer more details on the success of the Digi-Me and Endevis recruitment campaign, the organizations will be teaming up on August 2nd, 2018 to present a free joint educational webinar.

“Our partnership with Endevis is driving amazing success through efficient and effective hiring for their clients in post-acute healthcare. I am very much looking forward to the upcoming webinar showcasing this success and how to drive phenomenal results and ROI. Endevis has been such a great partner to work with. Our tremendous success in only a few short months of working together reaffirms the importance of teamwork,” says Lindsay Stanton, Chief Client Officer of Digi-Me.
