New technology partnership empowers organizations to improve their strategic hiring and onboarding processes through a seamless, real-time transfer of applicant data from Visibility Software’s Cyber Recruiter solution to Community Brands human resources management suite

As associations and nonprofits continue to hire more staff in 2018, when competition for talent is greater than ever and programs are expanding, Community Brands and Visibility Software today announced that they have formed a new technology partnership to help those organizations solve their hiring challenges and meet talent needs.

This partnership will offer Community Brands customers affordable and scalable cloud-based applicant tracking and onboarding software solutions as they recruit new talent to further achieve their missions.

Community Brands—the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for associations, nonprofits, schools and faith-based groups, and Visibility Software—the leading provider of cloud-based talent management software solutions, are not new to each other in the talent recruiting space.

A long-time Abila Product Partner, and now that Abila is part of the Community Brands family, Visibility Software’s talent recruiting technology is already integrated with the Community Brands MIP HR management suite. The two companies will develop additional integration points with other Community Brands solutions, such as its association management software (AMS) solutions.

“We are thrilled to be part of this social good community where our unique solutions will help complement an extensive portfolio of association and nonprofit software solutions,” said James Bellew, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Visibility Software. “We look forward to helping these organizations address their ongoing battle with sourcing talent to fill key positions.”

The new partnership will continue to provide Abila HR software users the benefits of a cost-effective, end-to-end automated recruiting solution. The integration has already helped Abila MIP HR users to become more productive with their new hires, volunteer recruits and onboarding processes through the automation of manual paper-driven steps. This occurs through a seamless transfer of applicant data from Visibility Software’s Cyber Recruiter solution to the Abila fund accounting HR management suite through a real-time integration.

“We are excited to partner with Visibility Software to bring an innovative, complete recruiting software solution to our customers,” said MeleaGuilbault, Vice President, Channels and Alliance Partners at Community Brands. “The partnership complements our strategic focus to round out our HR solution. It will help solve the challenges our customers may have to effectively compete for the talent they need to continue their growth.”

Visibility Software’s Cyber Recruiter solution will be available to all Community Brands customers. To learn more about Community Brands and its Membership Solutions, Nonprofit Solutions and K-12 Solutions, visit CommunityBrands.com.
