CITNOW ENHANCES QUALITY CONTROL WITH ‘RATE THIS VIDEO’ FEATURE
  • CitNOW makes it easier for vehicle retailers and workshops to monitor video quality
  • ‘Rate this video’ feature now included in all CitNOW Sales, Workshop and Bodyshop subscriptions
  • Gives detailed insights on customer ratings and feedback

Automotive video expert, CitNOW, has enhanced the insights that vehicle retailers, workshops and bodyshops have over their customer video communications with the inclusion of a ‘Rate this video’ tool for all CitNOW users.

The ‘Rate this video’ feature enables dealers and workshops to filter any CitNOW videos with customer ratings and comments in their online dashboard.

Motorists who receive a CitNOW video are able to leave a rating of up to five stars and an optional comment at the end of each video, which is a valuable resource for dealer staff.

The additional Rate this video feature benefits customers using CitNOW’s Sales, Workshop and Bodyshop apps as it gives them detailed feedback which, in turn, can be used to guide and train video presenters within the business.

Alistair Horsburgh, CitNOW CEO, commented: “The way retailers use CitNOW is continuing to evolve; their customers expect to receive a video and retailers are now focused on quality as well as quantity.

“All of our customers will benefit from the ‘Rate this video’ tool and also have access to a range of eLearning and training options to support the quality of their video output.”

The CitNOW ‘Rate this video’ add-on is available now via the CitNOW dashboard.

CitNOW will celebrate the very best automotive customer videos at theCitNOW Awards at London’s BAFTA on July 12.
