International law firm Bird & Bird LLP advised Quill Content Limited (“Quill”), a global content creator business, on its latest funding round led by Panoramic Growth Equity with participation by existing investor Smedvig Capital.
Quill, the global content creator business, aims to help ecommerce companies optimise the online purchase journey and use Primary Content to drive sales. The business has over 170 global customers in 13 countries including the likes of Google, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Ebay and Virgin Holidays.
The deal brings the total funding raised by Quill to £10m and will enable it to accelerate its rapid growth into new markets throughout Europe and the United States. The funding will also be used to further invest in Quill’s proprietary cloud software.
The Bird & Bird team was led by Corporate Partner Ali Ramadan and was assisted by Corporate Associate, Hannah Fletcher based in the London office.
