Atom, the UK’s first bank built exclusively for mobile, has partnered with user-generated content platform Reevoo to drive greater transparency, improve customer engagement and help prospective customers make informed purchase decisions.

Using Reevoo’s platform, Atom collects reviews for its Fixed Saver account and Mortgage products. These reviews are then displayed on Atom’s website, and have been included in various customer communications including newsletters and social media. This service offering aligns directly with Atom’s core purpose – to redefine the relationship customers have with their money.

Atom uses the myReevoo portal to easily access customer reviews and gather valuable customer data and insights. They also use Reevoo’s Fast Response tool to identify and respond quickly and transparently to negative reviews and customer queries.

These various Reevoo services have enabled Atom to gain encouraging results:

    • 96% of those surveyed say they would recommend Atom bank
    • 9.1/10 score for Atom’s Fixed Saver account
    • 8.5/10 for Atom’s Mortgages
    • 17% review response rate (number of reviews published per review request email sent)

Commenting on the partnership, Michael Sherwood, Head of Customer Experience at Atom bank, said: ““Put simply, Reevoo helps Atom understand what verified customers think about our products, services and brand.

We use Reevoo’s platform and feedback capabilities to ask specific questions about the experiences we provide, that in turn, generates insight that ensures the things that matter to customers are fully understood. The insight we gather is then used to inform our business about what we need to do, to make the things that matter most to customers, even better.”

Jonathan Callcut, CEO at Reevoo, said: “It’s encouraging to see a new brand of banks emerge, one that is challenging the industry to pay closer attention to their customers. And it’s very exciting for us to be working with the brand leading the way.”

“We hope our services continue to help Atom understand the needs of their customers in greater detail, and we congratulate them on the positive feedback they have received so far. Their industry leading scores are an example of what organisations can achieve when they make customers a true priority.”
