    Accelerating market demand for cloud solutions that provide all digital communications & address key regulatory requirements 

    Solgari, the global provider of compliant, integrated omni-channel cloud communications services has today announced the completion of its latest funding round.

    This investment includes follow-on investment from Enterprise Ireland along with Focus Capital Partners and private technology investors in the US, UK and Ireland. The funds are being used for product development, including Solgari Communicator, and the launch of Solgari’s integrated solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 on Microsoft’s AppSource marketplace.

    Used by customers in 33 countries to date, Solgari delivers all the digital communication channels – including voice, WebRTC video, chat, IM & SMS – as an integrated cloud software service while automatically addressing MIFID II, GDPR and PCI DSS compliance requirements.  This solution is positioned right at the heart of the software revolution that is rapidly transforming the traditional communications industry leading to 50%+ CAGR across many of the cloud communication markets such as Voice, Collaboration, WebRTC & Cloud Contact Centre.

    The key benefits of Solgari’s compliant, integrated omni-channel cloud communications for our customers include the following

    1. Access all digital business communication channels through an integrated SaaS solution anywhere globally.
    2. Win the digital race by offering all communication options with sales or support agents effortlessly handling whichever channel customers or prospects want to use.
    3. Integrates immediately with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce.com and Zendesk.
    4. Automatic GDPR & MiFID II compliance through the recording, archiving and analysis of all communication channels.
    5. Cost savings are typically higher than 50% compared to using multiple vendors.
