NIU SOLUTIONS BOLSTERS SENIOR TEAM WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

Managed services provider set to drive creativity and future growth

Niu Solutions, the leading provider of managed IT services, has today announced the appointment of Sean Shepley as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to enhance its capabilities in delivering robust and secure services to our clients. The appointment reflects the significant growth that the company is experiencing across the business.

Mr. Shepley brings almost 30 years of IT industry experience to the role, ranging from hands-on work with grass-roots IT operations, managing IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and through delivering complex managed service outsourcing projects for a number of high profile blue chip companies. He joins from Computacenter, where he held the position of Managed Infrastructure Services Director.

Previously, Mr. Shepley held the title of Operations Director at Computacenter, and was formerly head of ITIL Service Optimisation at the company. Prior to that, he held management positions with BT, IBM, and NTL.

In his role at Niu, Mr. Shepley will lead day-to-day operations and will be responsible for the delivery of all client solutions as well as the company’s IT infrastructure offering.  Mr. Shepley replaces Jon Williams, who has moved into the position of Chief Technology Officer, where he will take responsibility for a newly established team that aims to accelerate the development of our monitoring and implementation tools and also to develop new products and services that allow our clients to be more effective.
