MORGAN MCKINLEY BOLSTERS LEADERSHIP WITH INTERNAL PROMOTIONS

Morgan McKinley, the global professional services recruiter, has announced several promotions to account for the continued growth of its UK business.

Hakan Enver has been promoted to Managing Director of core permanent recruitment, continuing his responsibility for the specialist practices in Banking & Financial Services, Technology & Sales and Professional Services. Hakan has over 14 years’ financial services recruitment experience, following four years working within the risk management functions of both Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. As Managing Director, he will continue to lead from the front in attracting talent to the firm and building the brand externally.

Victoria Walmsley has also been promoted to Managing Director. Her remit includes Morgan McKinley’s UK core temporary markets across various disciplines and sectors. She continues to be responsible for the Strategy, Projects and Change divisions of the business. Victoria joined Morgan McKinley in 2005 having previously spent eight years with another leading recruitment company, after starting her career in Human Resources.

Darren Burns has been promoted to Operations Director from his previous role as Director of Financial Services. Having joined Morgan McKinley in 2016, he has been instrumental in driving both candidate and client relationships, as well as diversifying Morgan McKinley’s reach in the market. Utilising his past 15 years’ experience in the industry, Darren’s remit will now include Commerce & Industry alongside Financial Services.
