Joelson, has assisted JamJar Investments LLP with their funding of the much-anticipated live-show Dinosaurs in the Wild.

Dinosaurs in the Wild is the first immersive theatrical attraction produced by Immersive Escapes Limited, the team behind the BBC’s award-winning Walking with Dinosaurs, and is expected to be a hit when it launches in June this year at Birmingham’s NEC.
Paul Chiappe, a Partner within Joelson’s highly ranked Corporate and Commercial team, has assisted the firm’s long-standing client JamJar Investments with this deal providing a wide range of advice on the investment, including thorough legal due diligence.
Speaking about the investment, Paul said: “Dinosaurs in the Wild is an excellent opportunity for JamJar Investments to diversify its expansive portfolio even further and I am delighted that we were able to play a part in this investment.
Paul, legal counsel and partner of JamJar Investments, has already assisted JamJar – the fund established by the founders of Innocent Drinks – with a number of other investment projects including the likes of Graze, Deliveroo, Kano, Tails and Propercorn.
