Leading London law firm, Joelson, has played an integral role in Clarion Events’ acquisition of international business lead generation company Qualifa.

The deal completed through Clarion’s subsidiary, Imago Techmedia, marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion and allows them to offer a unique service by combining their existing face-to-face events brands, with global lead generation.

Joelson acted for Clarion Events on this acquisition, supporting them on all elements of the deal, including its structure, managing overseas lawyers and attending to completion of the deal within one month of the transaction becoming live.

The award-winning law firm has been working with Clarion Events since 2005 and has undertaken much of their acquisition activity to date, providing a wide range of services to support their expansion.
