    Ixaris, the payments technology expert, today announced it has appointed Andrew Auden as its new Business Development Director for the commercial payments sector.  With over twenty years’ payments experience, specialising in commercial cards, Andrew will be supporting Ixaris’s growth in this key area for the business.

     “We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the team, someone with exactly the right expertise to really drive growth across our commercial payments business.  This is an exciting time for Ixaris and this hire demonstrates our commitment to delivering innovation across commercial payments, as well as supporting our rapidly growing presence in this market.” said Doug Gray, Chief Commercial Officer.

     A recognised expert and thought-leader in the commercial payments space, Andrew joins Ixaris having worked for a host of major names, including FirstData, GE Corporate Payment Services, American Express, Lloyds Banking Group, J.P. Morgan and Barclaycard.

     With previous roles spanning Product Management & Development, Global Client Implementation, and Business Leadership, Andrew’s depth of experience and skill set will ensure Ixaris is well positioned to accelerate growth across its commercial payments business.
