    Leading Retail Bank Uses ABBYY FineReader to Improve Efficiency When Converting and Working with Business Documents, Scans and PDFs

    ABBYY®, a leading provider of document recognition, data capture and linguistic technologies and services announced that Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, a leading retail banking institution in Italy, has chosen ABBYY FineReader for its document recognition and conversion needs.

    “Manually retyping the content from these documents proved time-consuming but ABBYY FineReader helps us get the job done quickly and accurately. The processing of internal documents in various formats (TIFFs, JPGs, PDFs, etc.) has been improved greatly,” says a spokesman.
