    The SWIFT Certified Application – Corporate Actions designation has been awarded to IMActions™ for the ninth consecutive year for its unrivalled work automating the complete corporate actions cycle, from announcement capture and cleansing, to notifications, entitlements, elections, and allocations. Also awarded is Information Mosaic’s post trade operations platform, IMSecurities™, the leading post-trade automation platform for asset servicing, securities settlement, trade and cash management which has received the certification for Securities Settlement for the fifth year in a row.

    Under the SWIFT Certified Application program for 2013, Information Mosaic has demonstrated its ability to process the full set of corporate action and securities settlement messages, and has proven its understanding of the critical infrastructure that supports the millions of transactions related to the movements of funds and stock throughout the financial system daily.
