The InfiLINK XG product is the first product on the market that is set to break records as the most spectral efficient point-to-point solution in the sub-7 GHz frequency band
InfiNet Wireless, the leader in fixed broadband wireless connectivity, has announced the launch of its new InfiLINK XG product line – a record breaking and highly innovative Point-to-Point solution in the sub-7 GHZ frequency band. With best-in-market spectral efficiency, highest capacity processing power and distance/performance ratio, it is set to transform the broadband wireless access market.
With the market demanding higher capacity and the ability to reach longer distances, the InfiLINK XG family will exceed expectations, providing capacity up to 480 Mbps of net throughput in 40 MHz of spectrum and more than 120 Mbps using just a 10 MHz channel and extending maximum link distance beyond 100 km while still maintaining solid availability.

The XG family is available with a wide range of integrated antennas, as well as a connectorized version to be used in combination with an external antenna, which is perfect for applications such as telecoms, enterprise backhaul and bringing connectivity for the rural/suburban last mile access. XG products also have a great focus on the scalability through the support of TDD synchronization and thus the ability to operate multiple co-located units on the same frequency channel.
To date, InfiNet Wireless has forged a solid foundation in carrier grade fixed wireless installations, and has over 200,000 deployments from the plains of Siberia to the wilderness of the Sahara.
