    In a bid to continue its global expansion, HPD Software, the technology specialist for commercial finance providers, has made a series of new sales team appointments.

    Claudia Perri has joined as regional commercial director for Southern EMEA.

    In her new role, Claudia will be responsible for driving growth across the region. She comes with over 15 years’ international sales experience focusing mostly on solutions for financial organisations, factoring companies and academic institutions.

    As the regional commercial director for Northern EMEA, Clive Waters joins HPD with 18 years of commercial experience in the aviation sector. This was followed by nine years within the investment banking division and five years working in the legal sector. His most recent position was within Hunter Sales Consultancy, where he worked with companies to improve their sales strategies and performance.

    Nassourou Aminou will work as a sales agent for the Sub Saharan Western Africa territory. He has almost 15 years’ experience in the field of auditing and consulting, including eight years in factoring and credit insurance. He was part of the launch of the first factoring activity in West Africa, and went on to launch his own consulting firm, specialising in this field.

    Leon Hersalek has joined the team as a pre-sales consultant, where he is responsible for business analysis, global technical support, customer account management and technical pre-sales across all regions. He has 16 years’ experience working within the technology industry, 13 of which have focused exclusively on financial applications. Prior to joining HPD, he worked as a product specialist for Insight Software.

    Managing this expanded team is the newly promoted global sales director, Darryll Lewis, who is now overseeing the global sales expansion for HPD.

    Commenting on the appointments, Darryll Lewis said: “The selection process was a tough one, and it has taken time to build what we feel is an extremely strong, experienced and competent commercial team.

    “HPD is growing and expanding its reach, and we needed to bring the right people in to support our future success. I’d like to welcome Clive, Claudia, Nassourou and Leon to the team – they are already making a real impact.”
