ETA’s Signature Annual Show Further Connects the Payments, Technology and Retail Industries

The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the global trade association representing the payments technology world, announced today the re-branding and expansion of its signature ETA Annual Meeting and Expo as “TRANSACT 14: Powered By ETA.” The expanded TRANSACT 14 is a global event, built on 23 years of ETA trade shows and powered by the world’s largest payments industry trade association whose members include more than 500 global payments, mobile and technology companies. TRANSACT 14 is the platform for 4,000 attendees in the payments technology and retail industries to do business with payments industry titans and innovative technology companies. TRANSACT 14 will take place April 8 – 10, 2014 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and registration is open now at www.transact14.com.

“TRANSACT 14 is reflective of the worldwide paradigm shift in payments, ETA’s double-digit growth, and record attendance and exhibitors at our 2013 show,” said ETA CEO Jason Oxman. “For more than two decades, ETA has produced the signature annual payments event, convening and accelerating change within the industry. Now with our re-branded, expanded and re-energized annual event this spring, ETA brings that strength of experience to create the single best place to do business in payments, technology and commerce.  The bold new world of payments comes together with the launch of TRANSACT 14.”

With a newly expanded education and conference schedule, keynote speakers from the world’s top payments and technology companies, a 95% sold-out exhibit floor, and 4,000 attendees from 1,000 companies representing 24 countries, TRANSACT 14 is the world’s gathering place to make connections with the biggest players in payments. TRANSACT 14 includes 7 tracks with an expanded selection of educational opportunities, expanded trade show floor hours, and unlimited industry networking opportunities. TRANSACT 14 will offer three days of programming, culminating in the biggest networking party in payments, the TRANSACT Party at the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.The additions are designed to showcase new technical innovations in payments, provide ramp-up training for those new to payments, and provide a stage for networking and partnerships.
