CCL RECEIVES TOP ACCOLADE FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES TRAINING
The CCL Academy and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) announced that CCL Academy has been awarded Premier Provider Status by the CISI – only the second Accredited Training Provider (ATP) globally to be awarded this highly regarded designation.
“I would like to thank the CISI for this honour, recognising the exceptional quality of CCL’s CISI training offering. This award is a direct result of the CCL Academy faculty’s commitment to always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction, as well as the highly personalised service provided by our client support function. This dedicated client centric approach has led to exceptionally high pass rates. Speaking for myself and the rest of the team at the CCL Academy, we are delighted and really proud to receive this designation,” said Thomas Lindeyer, Director of CCL Academy.
Before becoming an ATP, firms must satisfy the CISI’s comprehensive requirements and demonstrate the capability, expertise and facilities to provide training and support. A blend of qualitative and quantitative criteria is evaluated, including pass rates, feedback from candidates and the quality of training materials. Premier Provider Status is only provided to those Accredited Training Providers that go beyond this benchmark, providing a consistently excellent service to both candidates and their employers.
Lydia Romero, CISI Director of Learning, said: “All CISI ATP’s must satisfy strict requirements and show the capability and facilities to provide training and support. Premier Provider Status is only granted when a provider can prove they have gone the extra mile to meet and exceed their client’s expectations. We congratulate CCL Academy for achieving this distinction.”
